Telwalker is a fast-growing telecom solutions company focused on delivering cutting-edge connectivity and excellent customer experiences. We’re building a strong and motivated team—and at the heart of it is our Human Resources department, driving growth, culture, and talent development.
We are looking for a dedicated and fluent English-speaking HR Executive to join our Ambala office. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
Conduct smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management using HR tools.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR operations.
Organize engagement activities, feedback sessions, and training programs.
Assist with policy implementation, compliance, and statutory requirements.
Generate HR reports and track KPIs like attrition, attendance, etc.
Support in performance management and appraisal processes.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–5 years of experience in HR roles.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software like Zoho People, Keka, or similar.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in telecom, tech, or service-based industries.
Working knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance.
Creative approach to employee engagement and internal communication.
